What started in a garage in the suburbs of Bangalore with a vision to deliver niche IT-OT solutions was formally incorporated as a company.2005 Acrodex partnership
Leading Canadian company, Acrodex, bought into our vision and kickstarted our journey to look beyond the domestic market.2007 CMMi Level 3 certification
We became the earliest to adopt CMMi Level 3 for an IT-OT Hybrid Development Life cycle. This gave our customers the best of industry practices and quality assurance.2009 Going Digital
We launched our Digital Manufacturing Practice which served as a centre of excellence to deliver digital solutions to the manufacturing industry.
We did this even before the initial chatters of Industry 4.0!
2012 CSIA certification
We received our CSIA certification, a global benchmarking audit that stood testimony to our business stability, quality and our adoption of industry best practices.2015 Renewed rigour and hope

Uma is a pioneering woman entrepreneur and a seasoned CEO with over 28 years of experience in the Plant Automation & Industrial IT space. Having navigated multiple technology shifts in manufacturing, she genuinely believes that there is space to bring consumer-ease in industrial operations.
Shankar Karanth
Head – Global Delivery
Shankar is a seasoned program management professional with about three decades of experience in various technology roles. He comes from a rich automation background and has delivered complex systems across the globe. Shankar is passionate about making technology work for manufacturers and is always cued into the latest technologies and their application in the industrial space.

A Chartered Accountant with 15 years of experience across multiple industries and geographies in the field of accounting, taxation and statutory compliances. Also has an innate experience and knowledge in Budgeting & Forecasting, Cash flow & Working Capital Management, reporting of standalone and consolidated results involving entities with local GAAP compliance from US, Singapore and India.
