SAS Commissioning Engineers.   Qualification :     – Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Electronics   – Three years Engineering experience of  Substation Automation Systems   – Experience in ABB systems   Competencies :     – Experienced of IEC61850 / IEC 101/IEC104 protocols is a requirement and other protocols like Modbus, DNP3 etc will be an added value   – Experienced of Power System Protection (PCM & Digisi Software) ,RTU (RTU560) and MicroSCADA System (IET, CET, CCT & ITT Software)   – Experienced of Relay Configuration Tools from ABB, Siemens and Alstom   – Experienced about Ethernet/ Switches/Time Server.   – Good Troubleshooting & problem solving   – Experienced of  system setup for installing operating systems – Windows Server/XP/Windows 7 & OPC   – Experienced about OPC Server/Client   Typical duties and Responsibilities :     – Bay Level IED configuration related to IEC61850   – Setting up the system at Factory, point to point test from Bay Level, system tests according to Approved Test Forms and ITPs   -  System modifications, alterations, changes in the system for customer requirement and comments at site   – Carry out closed loop tests from Substation to SCADA   – Bay & Station level changes  related to IEC61850 in factory based on Client comments during commissioning
