Ms. Vijaya Varma, CEO of Yos Technologiesembraced the occasion by inaugurating the forum at our office premises. On the occasion she shared some thoughtful insights out of her own experiences and interesting ideas on “Good work-life balance”. The things that we cherish the most in life – time, wealth & health are never available in tandem and hence how we can strike a balance with some real-life examples made the session even more interesting. How to get your priorities right - when you are in the prime of your career, and how to script your own success by elevating your self-esteem in the right ways were some of the interesting tit-bits thrown by her.
Although, many women employees were able to relate themselves with it, the male folks were not left behind as they were not only able to empathize with their female colleagues, but were also encouraged to participate in the discussion.
The women’s forum of Axcend will strive forward to create a congenial atmosphere for the female employees, addressing their professional & personal issues in an informal way and hence steer them in becoming more strong, efficient and women of worth.
